We will first hear from Taysha Carmody, Esq., as she will analyze the “Course and Scope” of employment as it relates to workers‘ comp compensability. The session will attempt to demonstrate unusual employment situations in which workers’ compensation coverage is permitted should an accident occur.

Mollie Kallen and Dr. Claire Muselman will focus on the HR side of workers’ compensation. They will provide insight on how a positive work culture leads to a successful risk program. Advocacy and empowerment of the entire team is a concept that drives this presentation.
