Physicians Health Center’s primary focus, for over 30 years, has and will continue to be treating work-place injuries. Understanding that both the employee and employer want the employee back on the job, Physicians Health Center, relying on our Occupational Medicine and Workers Compensation experience, takes a proactive and time-tested approach as it pertains to the treatment of injured employees.
Our Physicians will:
- Evaluate the cause of injury
- Evaluate the injured employee’s medical history
- Treat the Patient’s Work-Related injury
- Review the Employee’s job responsibilities and tasks
- Establish a plan of treatment allowing for the employee’s quick and safe return-to-work plan
Our approach and focus on injuries occurring at the workplace saves the employer lost time and the employee lost wages, reducing the economic impact to both. We have found that this approach can also minimize future injuries or recidivism.
